If I would like to suppress the human spirit
I would make the humans feel insecure about how they look
I would put children in closed classrooms, away from nature, with no possibility of movement for most of the day, under comparison, criticism, and give them grades on who they are.
I would make people work from morning till night so that they would have no time for their family
I would tell them that the sun, their source of energy, which expands consciousness and makes them happy and healthy – is dangerous
I would sell them at the grocery store processed food and meat that would make them addicted, tired, fat and sick
I would tell people that without medicines and vaccines they will not survive life and even harm others
I would tell them to wear masks, and stay indoors because there are bad germs in the air
I would tell them that the globe they live on is going to be destroyed by the food they eat, the air they breathe and the vehicles they drive
I would turn them against each other so they don’t notice who is really sinking the ship
I would make billion dollar motion pictures that would normalize wars, pandemic government control and apocalyptic phenomena
I would push people away from their sexuality and make them think that free love and sex is a bad thing
I would give so much power to “science”
That there will be no room at all for faith, spirituality and experiences
I would make them so busy and addicted to consumption
that they will not produce anything themselves
I would make them think all the time that they are victims, helpless and that reality is destiny
I would distract them all the time with disasters and dramas that would not be pleasant for them
I would make them live in constant fear of foreign countries, climate phenomena, and invisible germs
I would make them think that what they think about them is more important than what they do
I would call self-love a gluttony, arrogance or being full of yourself so that they will be disgusted by that too
I would create such a critical society and call it culture,
So no one will want to allow themselves to be themselves

In addition to all of the above, I would put a device on the wall at home that would tell them that this is all legitimate
And everything will only get worse

I would make them live a whole life without realizing how much love is inside them, how powerful they are, that they are not victims but creators, wise and infinite
That they can do anything, and love everyone as well as themselves
If they will only agree to disconnect from what they know.
